Group walk 25 March

Today was my second time at Pretoria Group Walks. There were SO many puppies. It was great walking around the mall and Mom says I was really well behaved and far less distracted than the first time. This is probably because she has taken me to the mall a lot, so that I will get used to sitting in coffee shops and being a mallrat. (I personally think it has something to do with Mom needing a lot of caffeine!)

I really enjoy meeting my friends for water! Mom says I'm still too young to have coffee.



I'm not really supposed to play under the table, but who can resist when there's a gorgeous girl like Olexa around?



This is Friedl. He's a very good boy. He's been recalled for full time training from the 6th of April so I won't see him again. He's being sent to Cape Town. Bye Friedl... Good luck.

The sweet life

Mom and Dad were celebrating their wedding anniversary this weekend, so they decided to take all us kids with them on a long weekend away! We went to a place called "Saamrus" which means "rest together" and that's what we did!

The sunrises and sunsets were lovely.







Mom and Dad took us on some wonderful walks in the "wilderness."



Big sister kept up and really enjoyed herself!



Back to nature.



We then had to rest and recuperate.



What's a holiday without some extra snacks and goodies?



It's so awesome to have time and space to ponder the meaning of life.



We had lots of playtime too.



Thanks Mom and Dad! We had a blast!

Where are we going?

I'm so excited! I know something is up! Mom keeps packing my toys in a big red wheelie box along with my food and blankie and towels and brushes and shampoo. I keep taking everything out the box for her because I know that's not where those things are supposed to be kept and I try to keep my things nicely sorted out.

Mom's now putting the box in the car with her travel bags and lots of food... I wonder where we're going??? I'll tell you all about it as soon as I get back... gotta go! They're all getting in the car now...can't get left behind... later dudes!

Shavathon 2010 in aid of CANSA

This morning I went to a shavathon with Mom and Dad at the Mall. It was so much fun. Everyone was either shaving their hair or painting it whacky colours. All the proceeds go to CANSA for Cancer research, awareness and treatment. Dad was the bravest - he went the whole hog! This was during the procedure...



Mom wouldn't let me shave my head so I settled for a soccer ball instead, since we are hosting the 2010 FIFA World Cup in less than 100 days! However, the lady was so nice, I wagged my tail while she was spraying, and my soccer ball turned into a halloween design!




Mom was not so brave...

Buttoned up!

My sister shook her head too vigorously and burst a blood vessel in her ear. Mom took her to the vet and she came back all buttoned up...literally. The buttons are there to ensure that the space doesn't fill up with liquid again. She really does look like Raggedy Ann.



Gus goes to dog school on Saturdays and up until now I haven't been able to go with him. Last Saturday I joined his school climbing up a mountain. I had so much fun that I really want to go to big school with Gus. Mom says I can if I'm very good. So I promised her I'd be as good as Gus... See... I'm practicing.

20 weeks old today! So don't mess with me, 'cos I'm a big boy now.



I've been chewing like crazy and I just lost one of my lower canines. Ow!



It's all pretty exhausting so I'm going straight to bed...or at least halfway there! Good night and fang u very much.
